Mario Kart Tourney update

I would like to let everyone know that I hate Nintendo. We hooked up the Double Dash LAN last night and much to our dismay you are not given the ability to choose your characters. This throws a small wrench in the plans. The tournament will go on as planned. Look for a sign up page and official rules coming early next week.

...and I feel fine

Ive looked over my schedule and it looks like the Lord of the Rings Trilogy Super Extended Edition Movie Marathon (referred to as "LOTRTSEEMM" from here on) will take place on Sunday, January 2nd. The movie will be presented on a 54" big screen TV with Dolby 5.1 surround. Show starts at high noon. Were looking at 11 hours 22 minutes total run time so bring sufficient munchies. I would imagine there will be a food run between Two Towers and Return of the King. Let me know if you plan on coming.

Its just a spring clean for the May Queen

The new year brings a busy schedule. Heres a list of events that are coming up.

• Lord of the Rings Trilogy Super Extended Edition Movie Marathon - Early January.
• Super Bowl - Sunday February 6th.
• 4th semi often Mario Kart tournament - Early February

Coming soon to a big screen near you

The largely unanticipated 4th kinda-annual Mario Kart tournament is just around the corner. It is tentatively scheduled for mid February 2005. The games not cheating, so start practicing now!
