- Vegetable Oil
- 1 Sweet Onion, Diced
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 2 cans Stewed Tomatoes, Italian Recipe
- 1 can Tomato Paste
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
Directions
- In a large skillet, sauté onions in vegetable oil until translucent, add garlic for one minute, add ground beef until browned, drain.
- In a 3 quart crock pot mix all ingredients and cook on low for 4 hours or until done.
