105 I wanna break Danes bike - syyike and ride away - I wanna break Daanes Bike

I got hit by a car. On my way home from work, just 3 minutes away, a woman destroyed my bike with her White Chevy Malibu. I was crossing an intersection and had a green light. She was turning right onto the street I was on. I was coming motorcycle-crash-into-car-759819.jpgfrom her right and she was looking left, waiting for the traffic to clear. It did, so she turned, neglecting to look to her right again to make sure there wasnt anyone on their bike that she was about to hit. She hit me when I was directly in front of her. I landed on her hood and put a couple dents in it and my bike handle scratched it a little. My pedal went into her grill and the bumper crushed my front tire.

She got out of her car and asked if I was OK, which I was. We got out of the way of traffic to figure out what to do next. Part of me wanted to call the police, contact her insurance, and sue the crap out of her. Another part of me wanted to slash her front tires so she would have the same problem I have. Unfortunately none of this would help me get to work on Monday, I needed a new rim or bike. I told her I needed $50 to get a new rim. You may be thinking: Didnt you pay $55 for that bike? And you would be correct in your thinking. Regrettably, you are unable to purchase replacement parts for bikes of that quality. If I were to buy a new rim it would be a rim that would be bought to upgrade. Therefore, $50 is actually a low estimate. Well, she didnt have $50 and offered me $20. Tired and wanting to be done with this, I took the 20. She said she was sorry again and I looked her straight in the eyes with the level of disdain I usually reserve only for my mother and told her to watch where shes going next time.

i wonder how she's going to explain the man-dentation on her hood to her husband and insurance company. "i hit a deer."

really, you should have called the police so that she would have gotten a citation. she's probably rejoicing that you didn't sue her and she got off with some minor structural damage and a $20 buyout. i'm even more amazed that no other cars nearby called the cops. people really do just mind there own business nowadays, don't they?

shit if I saw that I'd be calling the cops. I turn my car around and start yelling at the person that hit someone. I'd most likely tell them they are going to jail.
