Fitness 02-02-09

The Superbowl was awesome. The food was even better. To counter some of the weight gain I decided to find the answer to this question. The hair attributed to 0.7 pounds and after cutting it and all the eating Superbowl Sunday cost me 2.0 pounds. Worth it!

Lunch: Weight Loss Shake 230 cal
Snack Fruit Pizza
Dinner: Gulyas
Wii Fit: 30 minutes
Snack: Jello 10 cal
Evening Jog 1.5 miles
