Weigh In: Week 2

Weigh in: 223.1
Changes
Diet: In addition to no sweets or late night snacks I am eliminating all fried food at work. This will primarily affect my potato and tortilla chip intake.
Exercise: I dropped the ball this week with the exercise. Excuse, excuse, blah, blah, blah. Im going to keep it the same this week.
