Fact:Before World War II, Germanys Tripdill Park had an attraction called the Mustache Ride. Children could ride around on giant mustaches, spinning in circles and going up and down. It was destroyed during the war and never restored but Walt Disney later used the general theme in his Dumbo the Flying Elephant ride.
