The district manager came in to work. Apparently our boss was told to hire more people because our shop looks like shit. So they want him to hire more people even though hes maxed out on hours and doesnt have enough for the people he has. People in high places are idiots.Now I agree that we need more people. We need more sales people and more low level techs. We have plenty of high level techs. Perhaps to many. Well I guess he hired a new high level tech and he starts on Wednesday. Fucking great. There isnt enough work to go around as it is. Now I have another person to compete with. Hopefully this means the boss plans on weeding out some of the less desirable employees.
