After 1 week Im back to my pre pregnancy weight. If all goes well Ill be at my Phoenix record, 189.5 by the end of the month. After that comes the hard part, keeping it off and then losing more.

your adding a jog into the mix now. Did the boys join you? I think you should do one of these for hudsy. I want pictures of his weight loss and of him doing sit ups.
