Fitness 01-18-09

Ive decided to use my Wii Fit weight rather then my bathroom scale weight for my posting now. Theyve corresponded pretty well so far but the Wii Fit is more precise.

Weight: 194.2
Target: 195.0

Breakfast: Chewy Granola Bar 100 cal
Morning Walk: 2.0 miles
Lunch: Club Sandwich 330 cal, Vegetable Beef Soup
Snack: Frosted Flakes 380 cal
Wii Fit: 30 min
Dinner: Burrito
Snack: Jello 10 cal
Evening Jog: 1.0 miles
